2006 ATEC Executive Directors' Meeting and Directors' Meeting were held at the Central Academy of Drama, China, on May 18, 2006.

The meetings were chaired by ATEC Director-General Xu Xiang. Attendees includes Vice Director-General Liu Libing, Executive Director Toda Munehiro, Vice Director-General Choi Jeung-Il, and Director Choo Thiam Siew. Vice Director-General Du Changsheng, who was absent, delegated Prof. Xu Xiang to vote on his behalf. Other participants of the meetings also included Vice Director Zhou Shaoyu of the General Affairs Department, vice directors of the Executive Committee, Fan Lv, Song Ying and Lee Hye-Jeong, Financial Supervisor Park Dong-Woo and other ATEC office staff.

The meetings centered on the organization of the 1st ATEC International Forum and the recruitment of new staff. Such proposals were deliberated as last year’s Work Report, Financial Accounting Report, Financial Audit Report, and this year’s Work Plan and Financial Budget, apart from the amendments to the supplementary articles of ATEC Bylaws, alteration of directors, and the agenda of this year’s General Assembly.
