2007 ATEC Executive Directors' Meeting was held on May 18, 2007 at the Central Academy of Drama, China (CAD).

The meeting was chaired by ATEC Director-General Xu Xiang. Attendees included Vice Director-General Liu Libin, Executive Director Toda Munehiro, Vice Director-General Choi Jeung-Il, Director David Jiang, and Director Du Changsheng. Director Choo Thiam Siew delegated Prof. Yu Chun Yee to attend the meeting. Some changes of personnel were discussed in the meeting, and the results are as follows:

1. Mr. Toda Munehiro will resign from Executive Director but will continue to be the Secretary-General;

2. Mr. Hara Ippei will resign from a supervisor and become an executive director, serving from May 18, 2007 to Oct. 17, 2010.

3. Mr. Kaminaga Mitsunori from the Theatre Department of Nihon University College of Arts will replace Mr. Hara Ippei to be the supervisor, serving from May 18, 2007 to Oct. 17, 2008.

The Directors' Meeting was then held. Attendees included Director-General Xu Xiang, Vice Director-General Liu Libin, Vice Director-General Choi Jeung-Il, Director David Jiang, Director Du Changsheng, Prof. Yu Chun Yee (on behalf of Director Choo Thiam Siew), and Secretary-General Toda Munehiro. Vice Director-General Choi Jeung-Il acted as the chair. During the meeting, the attendees deliberated the 2nd Work Report, Financial Accounting Report, Financial Audit Report, the 3rd Work Plan and Financial Budget, and the Regulations on Holding ATEC International Forum.
