On May 18, 2008, the 3rd ATEC General Assembly was held at the Central Academy of Drama, China.
The meeting was chaired by Director-General Xu Xiang. Attendees include Vice Director-General Choi Jeung-Il, Vice Director-General Liu Libin, Executive Director Hara Ippei, Executive Director Choo Thiam Siew, Director Han Sheng, Director David Jiang, Secretary-General Toda Munehiro, Vice Secretary-General Lee Hye-Jeong, Vice Secretary-General Song Ying, Vice Director Zhou Shaoyu of General Affairs Department, Yu Huiying with the Financial Division. Vice Director-General delegated Ms. Lin Yi to attend the meeting on his behalf. During the meeting, the attendees deliberated and passed the 3rd Work Report and Financial Accounting Report, the 4th Work Plan and Financial Budget, the changes in personnel, the application of new member school, among other propositions.
