At 4 pm of May 20, 2008, the 3^rd ATEC General Assembly was held at the Central Academy of Drama, China. The meeting was hosted by Executive Director Choo Thiam Siew, and chaired by Secretary-General Toda Munehiro. During the meeting, the attendees deliberated and passed the 3rd Work Report and Financial Accounting Report, the 4th Work Plan and Financial Budget, the changes in personnel, the application of new member school, among other propositions.
