On the morning of May 18, 2010, the 5^th ATEC Executive Directors’ Meeting and Directors’ Meeting were held at the Central Academy of Drama (CAD), the headquarters of ATEC. In the meetings, President Xu Xiang of CAD was voted to continued to be the director-general. He then appointed a new vice director-general and the Board of Executive Directors, and dealt with the changes of some directors.

Attendees of the meetings deliberated and amended the 5^th Work Report, Final Accounting Report, some articles in ATEC Bylaws, among other propositions. Also, the theme and host of the ATEC 6^th International Forum were decided, and the application by Toho Gakuen College of Drama and Music (Japan) to be an ATEC member was approved, which increased the number of ATEC member schools to 13.
