On May 19, the ATEC Executive Directors' Meeting, the Directors' Meeting and the Convention were held, on which discussed were the new appointments, the 11^th Financial Income and Expenditure Accounts Report, the 12^th Financial Budget Report, the 11^th Business and Activity Report and the 12^th Business and Activity Plan.

The attendees had discussed and approved the theme about holding the 10th ATEC International Forum organized by the Central Academy of Drama in Beijing in 2017, and approved FACULTY OF THEATRE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF ARTS CULTURE AND HERITAGE (ASWARA), MALAYSIA to be a member school of ATEC (so far, there have been 18 ATEC member schools), and passed the chairman's important proposal of increasing the funds for ATEC activity organizers.
