Dear ATEC Member Schools:

Asia Theatre Education Centre (ATEC) has started to collect materials for the Yearbook of Asia Theatre Education Exchanges 2022 (Issue 17), with the aim of promoting communication and sharing of information among Asia theatre institutions. 3 copies will be sent to the schools which have provided their materials to the Yearbook for free. Meanwhile, all yearbooks will be uploaded on ATEC homepage (http://atecnet.org/en/index.html).

Please refer to the details below:

1. Title of the Issue: Yearbook of Asia Theatre Education Exchanges 2023

2. Time Span: from Jan. 1 – Dec. 31, 2022

3. Materials to be Collected (within the time span)

1) General introduction (within 1000 words) to and photos of the school;

2) Curriculum of theatre-related courses;

3) Important international activities and academic exchanges (e.g. pedagogy seminars, workshops, lectures, performances, visits); description of up to 100 words for each event; photos preferred);

4) Stage photos (of graduation productions and students' stage practice within 2022).

* Brief introduction (up to 50 words) to each photo should be provided (including performing date, venue, play’s title, class, director, supervisor, photographer etc.)

4. Contributors: ATEC member schools

5. Deadline: Jun. 30, 2023

6. Languages: Please submit materials in Chinese or/and English.

7. Issuing time: Late December 2023 (provisional)
