Dear ATEC Member Schools:
According to the proposition passed at the 19th ATEC Plenary Meeting, Yearbook of Asia Theatre Education Exchanges will be shared in digital form on ATEC website, with a compilation printed every 5 years.
We now start to collect materials for the editing of the Yearbook of Asia Theatre Education Exchanges 2022&2023. Please refer to the details listed below:
1. Time Span of the Yearbook: Jan. 1 – Dec. 31, 2022 (for the 2022 Edition)
Jan. 1 – Dec. 31, 2023 (for the 2022 Edition)
2. Categories of Materials:
a) Important INTERNATIONAL activities and academic exchanges (up to 10 events)
e.g. symposia on teaching, demonstration classes, special lectures, stage performances, international visits, class observations. Each event shall be described in up to 100 words with photos);
b) Stage stills (up to 10 photos)
for graduation productions, students' stage performances, etc.
* Each photo should be noted with brief introduction (including time, venue, title of the play, performers, director, instructor, photographer, etc.)
3. Deadline: October 7, 2024
4. Language: Please provide the materials in both Chinese and English.
5. Issuing time: By the end of December 2024
6. Compiler: ATEC
