〈会员入会手续〉Affiliation process
1． 在ATEC指定的入会申请书上按申请书的各项事项逐一填写登记，并附上大学或团体的简介·资料，一并提交给事务局。
Please fill in the application form and send to ATEC Secretariat with the introduction of your school or organization and the other materials related.
2． 理事会对提出的入会申请书进行审议，批准其入会。入会日以理事会批准日为准。
ATEC board will discuss on the application form and vote to it. The date of membership is the approval date by ATEC directors’ board.
3． 得到入会批准的入会会员将得到立即以理事长的名义送出的入会通知书，请在指定的日期将会费汇入指定的账户。
The approval letter with the signature of General Secretary of ATEC will be sent after approval. Please deposit the membership fee to the account assigned.
